Pros
The work can be challenging and is constant, but does not feel overally busy. You will get exposed to hands on technical challenges and get to do a lot of direct engineering work. The coworkers and direct lower management are great and make it very enjoyable to work together, farther up the ladder not so much.
Cons
Management switches procedures and processes at the drop of hat. Pay scale and benefits aren't up to current engineering standards. Clients can have a direct impact on your job, and if they complain about a project you worked on you will receive no support from upper management.
