      Good atmosphere, but where are you going?

      Pros

      Dress down, laid back atmosphere, cool decor, diversity, fun content to work with, access to senior management, working closely to a production environment

      Cons

      no room for growth, inexperienced managers, employees become disenchanted very quickly, there are several 35 year old coordinators which doesn't bode well for young coordinators

      Pros

      For those with an entrepreneurial mindset, one can basically assemble and build their own vision. Also, the brand still has strong cache worldwide.

      Cons

      Everyone has their own vision and is competing for the same resources and tools, with little guidance from senior management. At this point in time, senior management doesn't understand the new complexities of the market place. So great ideas tend to die, and those execs who survive tend to be more politically savvy than talented businesspeople.

      Pros

      Fringe benefits like parties, events. You really feel the MTV culture when you go to one of their parties. They really meet up to the expectation of what an MTV party would be like. It's also a very laid-back place to work, casual dress.

      Cons

      Beginning pay is low; promotions take months to go through. The bureacracy is annoying.
