I have worked at Parasol Alliance for over a year and have never been a part of such a high-performing, values-driven company in my over a decade of professional experience. Our mission guides our decision making as a company and our values set the expectations for how we serve our clients and our team members. We are always challenging the status quo and asking ourselves how we can level-up. We offer great flexibility to our employees, and have high expectations for ourselves and our team. We have fostered a culture of trust, transparency and accountability that is directly tied to our growth and success. If you share the values of: leadership, expertise, teamwork, empathy, communication and accountability, and are seeking to make a positive impact in the senior living technology field, you will find your work at Parasol Alliance to be fulfilling and rewarding.

Cons

No cons come to mind. We have a fast-paced and accountability driven culture, which is not for everyone. If you are looking to coast, you may want to keep looking.

Pros

Working from home might be considered a pro.

Cons

Most of the existing negative reviews are accurate. Disorganized business. Tumultuous working conditions. Poor leadership. Great lack of empathy High employee turnover and low client satisfaction. The company values marketed are not actually practiced. Upper management peddles that there is comradery but they are actually a callous group. Poor family health benefits. Other company benefits are boasted, but pulled at will and not delivered I cannot recommend this company as an employer or IT provider.

-It is never clear what is expected of you. You may be told one thing, then later your manager will say that they never told you to do things that way and will reprimand you for it. -Policies and procedures are not the same across the board between teams - no one really seems to know what is going on most of the time. Communication within the company is very poor. -Favoritism. If you have an issue with a manager and have tried talking to them directly about it with no resolution, you have no one else to go to. If you try to go to someone higher up they will refuse to get involved. You are completely on your own unless you are part of someone's favoritism. Favoritism plays a big part in the company - they will fire someone for literally no legitimate reason just so that they can replace the position with a friend. They will mentally abuse you and try to push you to quit and if that doesn't work they will jump through every hoop possible to legally let you go. -At first you think it's an awesome, tight-knit group and great opportunity to balance work and home life, but then you learn that it's all business. You're told there is unlimited time off as long as you don't abuse it, but then they make you feel guilty when you take time off and still give you work to do that piles up while you're off. -The company preaches about empathy but does not show any for their own employees. They don't care what you are personally going through.
