Toxic culture and burnout

Pros

Opportunity for remote work, technicians/non-management employees are awesome.

Cons

- Toxic, little to no work life balance when salaried - Very churn and burn, they've been known to term loyal and skilled long term employees after they get burnt out - Little room for growth, too much work and being understaffed to take time to train/study for certs/grow your knowledge. - Overall a bad place to work, might be useful as a short stepping stone into a legitimate employer

Great flexibility of work, knowledgeable colleagues, and overall good work environment.

Cons

One area for improvement is workplace flexibility. While many employees have the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity, positions designated as fully on-site may have limited flexibility if business needs change. When an on-site role is no longer required, employees may not always have the opportunity to transition into a remote or hybrid position within the organization. Exploring internal placement or flexible work options, when feasible, could help retain experienced employees and preserve valuable institutional knowledge.

Pros

Unlimited time off, some of the staff was great.

Cons

Very toxic even the supervisor himself says he is an “A” whole. This is not a place to grow. Run far away from this place. After working here decided to leave IT and go into a new career. There is so much I can say about this company that was a nightmare.
