Pros
Good starting pay rate. All people I met and worked with were very likeable.
Cons
I was hired in Oct. but my position of hire was set to begin in Jan. So... My cohires and I were trained to work the helpdesk until the start of the project. Unfortunately, this support role was unlike any I had performed in my 12 years of I.T. and I had a very difficult time learning this job which made my standing precarious from the start. Eventually, training period ended and I was on my own on the helpdesk, where I floundered and received no help from team members. I had already been told to shape up or ship out. I shipped out. I never worked a day at the position I was hired for.
