While we’re disappointed to hear about your concerns regarding the Customer Success (CS) leadership and performance review processes, we’d like to address the points raised. We're strong believers in feedback as a two-way and ongoing street, and we encourage employees to actively engage with their managers to share concerns or request clarification throughout the review cycle and (more importantly) throughout the year. We also believe that strong leadership and a supportive work environment are critical to employee success and satisfaction. While leadership roles come with challenges, it is our responsibility to ensure that managers support their teams with clear expectations, regular feedback, and professional development opportunities. Any concerns about management behavior should be brought to our attention in real time (through any of our internal channels)-- it allows us the opportunity to address concerns. Lastly, we strive to provide growth opportunities for all employees, and we’re proud of the many individuals who have thrived at ParentSquare.
