Pros

Company culture is amazing, I feel like leadership does a great job of keeping us all connected even though we are remote. Our team is passionate and hardworking, and it's nice to work for a company where everyone truly believes in the product.

Cons

I wish we had the option for a 4-day workweek.

* Founders passion about student success and parent engagement is contagious - teams/staff also have that passion * ParentSquare cares for its employees with great benefits and promoting work/life balance * School Districts love ParentSquare - the product and the people

Cons

* Not unique to ParentSquare - Those that work remotely need to be intentional about staying connected through the activities that ParentSquare promotes

Pros

ParentSquare has values that are actually important and more than lip service. There are policies in place to support work-home life balance. I have never felt more mentally healthy and supported than at ParentSquare.

Cons

None really; whenever I have feedback, I share it with my manager and it is addressed and shared with upper leadership.
