Some of the people I worked with were lovely. HQ building itself is fine.

Cons

Upper management does not respect or care about you. They pay you deliberately low and try and make up for it with the promise of equity (ie Monopoly money) and think you should be grateful for lackluster pay and benefits. They want AI to take your jobs and force it on you, and if you object, they let you go. They’re obsessed with AI. They don’t respect your work or your humanity. Beyond that, management is chaotic, micromanaging, and disorganized. Stay far away.
