Pros

Free food and outside of management the people are great.

Cons

Micromanagers and the CEO and his wife are very difficult to work with. The CEO's wife is in a position she is not qualified to handle but don't dare say anything. The CEO is impossible to work with and thinks he is the only one that can do anything. Avoid joining this company.

Pros

PassiveLogic has an amazing team working on building a full ecosystem of generalized autonomous systems products and tools. The company is full of some of the smartest people I've met. There are super diverse groups all working together to build the tech ranging from compiler engineers, AI framework designers, embedded engineers, user software programmers, digital twin designers, UI/UX, and even a number of chemical engineers. The CEO is a true polymath and product design genius. He leads the direction of UI/UX, industrial design, software and AI architecture. He really understands the business and tech relationships down to the smallest details. It's been awesome to work with him. The rest of the leadership is amazing, among them Larry is an incredible operations leader, and Jeremy the CTO is a great mentor. I've never experienced so much cross-discipline collaboration in my career, its really a fun environment! It's a team of A players across the board. If making cool tech and growing your craft is your thing, this is your place.

Cons

The tech is deep, it will take some time to come up to speed. All the smart people can be intimidating, but people are actually super helpful and friendly.

Pros

There are some really talented people here, but most leave once they see how chaotic things are.

Cons

Constant micromanagement, yelling instead of leadership, and outright lies about the products. No stability at all, and the company has no clear vision. The CEO tends to over-engineer everything, making even simple things unnecessarily complicated. At this rate, it’s hard to see this company succeeding.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. PassiveLogic is built around a set of values that shape how we work every day: being united as one team, operating without silos, and making decisions based on merit, data, and clear reasoning. We expect teams to collaborate closely, challenge ideas openly, and hold a high standard for both execution and how we treat one another—with respect and professionalism. We are building a deeply technical platform that requires cross-functional coordination and disciplined thinking. That environment is not for everyone, but it is intentional, and it is grounded in how we believe complex systems should be designed and delivered. We’re proud of the team and the culture we continue to build, and we remain focused on executing at a high level as we scale. We wish you the best moving forward.
