Everything else. Gossip galore goes on here. The owner is nice but clueless that his employees are bullies.

Salaries are amongst the worst for given experience level and title. People who are way overqualified for positions are brought in based on false advertisements and description of responsibilities. This place is a turnover machine. Its difficult to recognize teams from month to month due to people leaving so frequently. Middle management is incompetent.Many have no formal business training or background. A willingness to be poorly paid seems to be all it takes to get a job here. You can imagine the backbiting, sabotage, office politics et al that go on here. This company is rotting from within.
