Flexible schedule. I can't think of anything else.

I have worked for PPH as an RN travel nurse for a little over a year. In that time 4 nurses have quit. "Managers" are constantly rotating into different positions or leave altogether. New policies are instituted every week and then they fade away many times never being mentioned again. It gets confusing to say the least. There is no consideration given to scheduling realistically for busy times. You have to beg for overtime and you are always there overtime because of the unreasonable scheduling.

MEETING NEW PEOPLE WHO HAVE TRAVELED ALL OVER THE WORLD

Cons

You mean absolutely nothing to the company if your not making them money then your out. They would rather deceive their clients and make money instead of having integrity and nursing ethics. Company motto " If the client can afford to travel overseas then they can afford to pay for vaccines." I have watched them let all the good nurses go the last two that I knew especially didn't deserve to go.
