Pros

The tech is really interesting, with room for lots of innovation. The impact of the company is huge. And, the team is really inspiring in their relentless pursuit to make impossible things happen. There is a lot of opportunity to grow as everyone is expected to take ownership of how they can make the biggest impact, which is really empowering. It is clear that the leadership team has a strategic vision that the company can get behind.

Cons

The work is tough, but really rewarding. A younger workforce means generally less experience. But, again, everybody holds each other accountable to grow and constantly improve.

Pros

There's great benefits and most employees are extremely supportive. Additionally, the teamwork is great, there's a lot of cross-team collaboration, and a decent amount of flexibility to work on projects you want to.

Cons

The upper management isn't always the most transparent, and sometimes seems like they care more about the company's image than the employees and the product integrity.

- You get to solve things that have never been solved before - Customers really want this product - Lots of freedom to grab something and run with it - The tech is awesome to see

Cons

It's a startup, so expect startup life - Things can change fast and you have to be willing to leave old work behind - You will work until the job is done, not 9-5 - Too many status meetings trying to keep people looped in
