Pros
Company culture - As cliche as it sounds, I love coming to work everyday and that's all thanks to the people. People are pretty focussed but also easy to talk to and laid back. We have regular fun events like Whiskey Wednesdays, Beer Fridays, etc. after work, there's talk of starting some company sports too! PathAI puts a VERY strong emphasis on culture fit and I've seen some brilliant potential candidates turned away for behavioral reasons. I get to learn a lot from my fellow employees given we hire the best of the best and being surrounded with such folks is another great motivator You are never siloed in to anything and it's ridiculously easy to go around and gain some background / information on almost anything and everything The company is super open about their strategy, financials (to the last dollar), progress, etc. in their monthly meetings so you never feel lost in the grand scheme of things
Cons
Sometimes (maybe once in 2 - 3 months?) around deadlines things can get a little hectic for a couple of days, but that's a given at any job
