Pros

Fast-paced and mission driven culture, extremely collaborative teams and work environment, clear goals and objectives that are highly impactful, highly-empowered employee culture with a lot of very talented individuals, organized processes and a well structured leadership team with good decision making. CEO and C-team . Overall a very exciting place to be part of!

Cons

Taking on some extremely important and impactful challenges - not a light responsibility for those looking for a more casual pace at work.

Pros

I chose PathAI because it was highly rated among Boston based businesses, the culture messaging seemed positive, and the mission was motivating. The company seemed like it was in a stable growth stage, and they were excited about doing innovative, collaborative work to solve real problems.

Cons

This place is a mess. Since the departure of one of the co-founders, it's been reeling with a crisis of culture. Several departments are extremely cut throat. It's a very white and very male culture, with little introspection about these issues and challenges. The criteria for success and advancement are unclear, and collaboration feels more like a battlefield. And watch your back, interpersonal trust is low. They also significantly cut benefits in the last year, immediately after being awarded a "great place to work" designation. Are you looking for mentorship and training? Good luck or go elsewhere, you're n your own at PathAI.
