      Good intentions, lacking leadership

      Pros

      Good focus on people. They treat everyone well and really try to create a great place to work.

      Cons

      Leadership was lacking. There were always 100 priorities with no real vision of where things are going. At the time, there was also a senior leader that had a very aggressive and confrontational style. It made many uncomfortable and affected moral.

      OK place to work

      Pros

      Snacks, happy hours, try to make the office fun with a variety of seating areas, great plants and dogs are allowed

      Cons

      People get promoted who don't want to be (and so they leave) Very hard to keep people, management keeps changing and other than CEO (came from Germany) staff don't stay (for the most part). Attrition is VERY high.
