Pros

Excellent benefits that start from day one

Cons

Average-below average salary for stressful demanding work Self serving managers that care but their number but dont give a dang about their team Turnover in management is disruptive Inexperienced mid-level managers Customer experience/satisfaction lower priority than keeping calls short. Burn out on phones. Customer surveys are often issued to wrong representative and lowers your quarterly bonus Surveys complaining about company policy reduce your bonus but you have no authority to resolve issue.

Pros

PayPal is an industry leader in the payments space. They have revolutionized the way people pay for things online and have strived to solve that same problem in the POS space.

Cons

Products are run very autonomously, so there is little cohesion between them. Integration between products is considered a chore by many teams, so when you compare these as a whole, there are holes in the way products work together. Missed the boat on mobile payments, to which solutions like Apple Pay have capitalized.
