Pros
They offer insurance and 401K as almost any other job does.
Cons
They do not promote from within. Management decides when and who to enforce policy on and does not look out for the company but looks out for their own jobs and eliminates those who they feel may be a potential risk to their own employment. Promotions and advancement are not given based on job performance but on who plays the "game" well. There is no work/life balance, nor equal compensation, no sick leave and the lower level employees have no schedule flexibility.
