      Pros

      Budget was fairly easy to come by. Lots of innovation and little direction from senior management giving you the freedom to do what you wanted.

      Cons

      Constantly changing priorities and too many people just trying to hit their goals and not doing what's best for the customers.

      PayPal is a company that has way too many re-orgs. It's counter productive.

      * Overall the outlook of the company is good. * A lot of talented people. * The cultural is pretty open and folks like to share with you what they do.

      Cons

      * Bad management in product. Senior management focus on politics and not on growing the business. * Culture is too consensus driven. Decision making is very inefficient. * Almost no career path for more senior PMs. Management simply doesn't care about growing and grooming future leaders at all.
