      Working culture, Methodologies and Technology.

      Cons

      I worked with Paypal as contractor. I have seen full-time also very tensed about their jobs though they are working more than 10 Years. Terminated contractors without minimum courtesy. Monday morning locked all access for contractors. No body knows what happened. Until one of our teammate received call from 3rd party vendor ( i.e Your contract is terminated)

      A lot of talented people, most of whom are open-minded, smart, receptive to ideas. Decent perks, good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Terrible at execution. Pockets of highly political director/ sr. director level folks who are more concerned about pushing their own agendas rather than helping the company succeed.
