Paycom has been a great opportunity in my career right here in Oklahoma. More often then not promotes from within allowing you to write your own ticket with what you are willing to put in. Very open to ideas and innovation.

Cons

Nothing outside a normal project/office stress. Great teams have helped reduce long days to be exception not the rule. So only as needed for a specific project.

Pros

$4 lunches, great benefits, great co-workers, literally everyone is nice. I've seen some reviews about cliques but I haven't seen any of those where I am. Paycom prides itself on hiring 2-4% of applicants that apply so you're really working with the best of the best.

Cons

Slight traffic getting out at 5 but with the new exit it's been a bit better.
