Paycom is fast paced and pushes it's employees to grow and perform their best to push the goal of being the best in the HCM industry. Due to this I've been presented with numerous opportunities. Its a growing company that emphasizes the importance of employee retention and satisfaction.

Cons

It would be awesome if the dress code was always "jeans" day.

Pros

Paycom continues to grow at an incredible pace, which allows for significant opportunity. This is true whether you just want to hone your skills in your current role, move up within the company or be able to find a need and fill it. Paycom leadership continues to look out for employees by inviting feedback and acting on it when provided. One of the more recent examples of this is adding paid parental leave! That is a huge win, which came about through feedback provided from employees. Benefits are excellent, which get better each year. There is quite a bit to say, but I will leave it with one of the larger pros is that the teamwork inspiring culture and environment, which makes it all worthwhile.

Cons

Due to the consistent and continued growth, the job itself is challenging. With growth comes much change, so if you cannot adapt you will find more difficulty in being as successful as you could be.
