      Pros

      People here love to see others succeed. The environment is fun and there are a lot of great perks to working here, besides benefits and compensation. It's apparent that Paycom cares about the happiness of its employees, and they are constantly rewarding us for our hard work. I've recommended Paycom to many of my friends and former classmates. The opportunity to advance varies by department, but if you put in the time and work, it will happen quickly. Although there are so many employed by this company, I've always felt appreciated and that my work is valued.

      Amazing culture for success. Entire company is aligned to the same vision. Fantastic leadership. The absolute best product in the industry. Great compensation. Highly engaging role.

      Cons

      There is very little downside to working at Paycom.

      Nice Benefits, good environment, leader care about your development within the company, many growth opportunities

      Cons

      - Vacation time is very low, there's no additional paid time off like the Friday after Thanksgiving or the week in between Christmas holidays, like many other big companies of the state. - No opportunities to work from home, even when your job shouldn't require you completely to be in the office.
