I’m not a review type person. But seeing a recent response from them saying “ We set a high bar for performance and hold people accountable when it's not met. Our compensation reflects the level of work we expect.” rubbed me the absolute wrong way. The truth is, you can do everything right here & it still won’t matter. I had never been on a PIP, not a single negative convo added to my file, hit every single quota asked of me, & I was still let go. They can try to say they set the bar high & cut anyone who doesn’t reflect their standards. I consistently or succeeded any bar placed in front of me & they did not care. Or at least someone didn’t. Multiple others have already asked me to come back so they can’t even all agree with their firing decisions. Stay away. This place is not what it once was. Which is a shame because at one point I wanted to be a lifer & retire from this place.

Truly one of the most toxic work cultures I’ve ever seen. Some of the people that work there are great and hard workers but leadership/management finds them expendable. There’s a reason turnover is very high across the organization. There’s constantly fear and anxiety of getting fired for a multitude of reasons. Your mental health will decline and make you question your abilities even if you’ve been successful in any other role you’ve had.
