Positive and uplifting culture. Great compensation and benefits. Employees are dedicated to providing customers with the best product, and they are willing to go out of their way to give you a helping hand and show you the ropes. Plenty of opportunities to grow.

Cons

Can be a bit intense at first, if you are new to the fast-paced corporate field. If you are focused and willing to learn, you can catch on very quickly.

- The company is growing fast so you will have a lot of opportunities to learn and grow as well. - The company culture encourages learning - I don't know about others, but my team is great. Managers care about your career growth, not just their own. - Good benefits - Good work-life balance, cheap catered lunch, lots of company social events... For people with lesser working experience, this is a perfect place to start your career.

- The leadership address any concerns you have and are very welcoming. - Great co-workers who step in at any point when you need help - Free gym access ( They have some bootcamp and fitness classes which I think is amazing) - Very professional yet great work culture - $4 lunch and $1 medical insurance

Cons

- No work from home access. They expect you to come to work even the weather conditions are terrible risking life.
