Pros

Some teams have great people and culture $1 healthcare

Cons

Everyone was told WFH would be permanent multiple times throughout the past 2 years until 2 days ago with some people only getting a month warning. The communication from upper management is non existent. Expected to work overtime with no extra pay to meet impossible deadlines Even when they were full remote they refused to pay for anything necessary to do so. The best they would offer you is $25 for a camera When asked about childcare we were told to "keep Paycom at the center of your decisions"

Pros

$1 health insurance!! Or maybe I'm lying! Work here and find out!

Cons

For the last 3 years, Paycom has advertised to its entire development department that remote work was a permanent change. When our team leaders asked upper management if we would ever have to return back, upper management responded with "no". Not maybe, not possibly, just "no". Yesterday, the CIO pulled 2000 employees into a meeting with the chat disabled, videos disabled, our entire livelihood disabled. He told us there had been recent "communication slippage", that we "have not been firing on all cylinders", and said that the Dallas Cowboys have similar problems and that its usually related to communication. So they revoked the WHF policy with less than a months notice and created a webpage for us to leave comments and ask questions. In response to the question, "We were told that WFH is permanent. Why is this changing so suddenly?", they said "Our goal has always been to come together again." OH? HAS IT? Paycom lied for 3 years straight to the employees that it claims to care about and value so very much. Do yourself a favor. Don't work for Paycom. The pay is average for the industry and the people making decisions receive 4-12 million a year in stock awards-- so yeah, they forgot what it's like to pay for gas, tolls, childcare, etc..
