      Pros

      I learned a lot and made a lot of good friends here. It felt as though there used to be opportunities to do things the company hasn't before and really flex your skills working here.

      Cons

      3 month ago I would have recommended everyone apply to this place because I thought they really did care. Obviously, like a lot of the actual recent reviews, it seems higher leadership has become out of touch with people. Rolling out a policy change giving people little notice and not telling any of our direct leadership until the last minute. I as well as a lot of people feel betrayed as they originally told us this policy change would only happen if production was down but many teams have been doing better than ever. Regardless the environment has become tense since then, nobody has any trust of upper management anymore, and any feedback or begging to no upend people's lives with such little notice is falling on deaf ears.

      Built on a pack of lies!!!

      Cheap health insurance, but only if you are single.

      Cons

      Upper management here is about as tone-deaf as you can get. I was hired on under the pretense of being a remote employee. Was notified yesterday, that remote work is now being revoked. Our cowardly CTO gave no reason for upending people's lives, and a laughable amount of time to prepare. This company will go on and on about how much it cares about its employees but let me tell you ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS!!! Screw this company!!

      Terrible Upper Management AVOID AT ALL COST DO NOT APPLY HERE

      Good Coworkers $1 Benefits Great Team Environment

      Cons

      Upper management does not care about the wellbeing of their workers. Told employees they would have to return to office after the promise of being permanently WFH. Providing no statistics and no accommodations for this sudden huge change. They literally are giving some teams only 1 month of time to prepare for this huge change. They continue to silence us and avoid answering any of our questions about these changes. I would avoid this company at all cost as their upper management clearly does not care about their employees.
