Pros
- Software "Next Generation Technology" Competition either has too many flavors of the same sauce or is struggling to keep up with a non-unified solution - CEO, Programmer at heart, stays out of sales way, and is heavily involved with product development - SVP of Sales, wicked smart and understands sales process - Home Office with the right amount of autonomy to develop - Culture of winners whom challenge each other to get better each day - Training program is the best I have seen in the industry
Cons
- CRM Tool is dated, company could probably collaborate better with a new CRM tool that links sales with implementation under one platform
