      Pros

      The company has a friendly atmosphere and a casual dress code that contributes to a positive work environment, overall it helps reduce stress. Everyone is nice and approachable as well so it is a bright place to work There are food days for lunch lots of times and everyone really likes to decorate the office and have fun when there is time

      Cons

      As an Account Manager the transition to the role is often described as rough and tough to get the hang of After really the transition things can get easier but it is definitely a struggle at first Training tries its best to prepare you and in that they do a good job, it can just be a lot if information to absorb and to get yourself in the mind set you need to be in for the job

      Pros

      The solution is better than most competitive solutions and that has its merits. The CEO is smart and the best thing going there. If he ever leaves, that could be a problem for shareholders.

      Cons

      Specifically in sales, this is a company made up of mostly prior Paychex employees. They tend to back each other up and give the short end of the stick to everyone else. However, they are quite clueless to this fact and seem to be self absorbed on company culture propaganda. They also have a consistent theme of making promises they can't deliver and over stepping their boundaries to the point of ethical behavior which is oddly supported by management. They are also growing sales faster than service can keep up with. This will result in worse retention in years ahead.

      great company to work for

      Pros

      teamwork, executives involved closely in prod dev, big spenders ;-), lots of room for career development teams work autonomously and have a lot of leeway to do our own thing work/life balance is a real thing here...

      Cons

      don't pay internet for remote ees ;( fast pace, quick iterations then react to feedback (some might see this as a positive actually)
