Pros

New hire with little or no experience can make more compensation than experienced and proven employees. Easy interview. Buddy System unlocks endless promotions.

Cons

Downgrading from Greatest Place to Work to Good Place to Work. Staying here longer than 2 years is likely a pay cut. Management wants you to get an offer from another company before offering reasonable compensation or title adjustments.

No work/life balance

Pros

Company holidays, PTO and sick time is given.

Cons

The job is stressful. Too much work and not enough employees. You can't take days off and you need to work OT in order to be caught up. You aren't paid what you are worth and for the amount of work they give you.

Stay away.

Pros

Remote work, so one can work from home full-time. Good dental insurance option.

Cons

Benefits. No bonuses No pay raises Immatured and inexperienced people put in project team lead positions. Stay away from teams like time and labor, they have immatured, insecure, dismissive and non collaborative dev leads, talkative QA and team leads, who are there to only satisfy their egos. They make the culture toxic.

Thanks for providing your thoughts. You can find all of our benefit offerings within the Culture Book located in ESS. We’re proud to say that our medical premiums have remained the same for the past 7 years. We have also added several free of charge programs and resources for those enrolled in our benefit plan. Additionally, we provide employees with the opportunity for a merit increase each year. This was removed for one year given the impact of COVID but has since been reinstated in addition to all employees receiving a spot-bonus of $2,000. For additional support, we strongly recommend connecting with either your manager or HR Business Partner to best support you with the concerns mentioned.
