Peak Support value each of their employees regardless of the tenure and role. They care about their employees' career growth, needs, health, and a lot more.

Cons

Not a downside, but you'll love to spend extra hours working because of the awesome culture and professional workmates.

Pros

Career Growth - 5 years ago, I started as an associate. 5 years later, I am now a Senior Manager, directly responsible for the QA Central Department. Peak Support will definitely recognize your potential, help you hone it, and let you live it!

Cons

Because of the massive growth, it's hard to keep track and get to know people. I wouldn't really consider it a bad thing though.
