Pros

I joined Peak Support right after I left my previous job. At first, I was really nervous about joining a company that offers a permanent work-from-home setup because this is a new environment for me in my 9 years experience of working in the BPO industry. However, it only took a few days for me to settle and become comfortable communicating with my Team Leader and teammate as they never made me feel left out. It was really surprising for me and I could not stop sharing my wonderful experience with my friends and families, encouraging them to apply to Peak Support as well, if they are interested in working in the comfort of their homes. So far, this is the best company I have been with. I have observed in Peak Support that most members are expressing their sense of enjoyment and company loyalty. Lastly, there is always something challenging happening everyday and yet filled with new learning opportunities.

Cons

The only thing that I can think of is I am missing the interaction with colleagues in person. Nevertheless, we practice over communication in Peak Support so it makes it easier for us.

Pros

In my roughly two years here in Peak Support, I've realized that this is hands down the best company I've ever been with. Not just because of the great work environment, and not just because of the awesome people that I work with. It is also because of how Peak Support's core values mirrors mine. The belief of having the clients as our first priority is something that I strongly believe in as one of the secrets to a good institution. Being dedicated to the essence of teamwork and being on a team is another thing that I know is essential in a company. Extreme professionalism embodies my belief in having the balance between career and personal life. It is never easy to do the right thing even if no one is watching, but Integrity is absolutely necessary in not just being a good employee, but also in being a good person. An institution that doesn't discriminate resonates deeply within me, that regardless of gender, age, race or orientation, everyone has the potential to rise up to the top. Lastly, I believe that a company that supports its employees as they seek to be better everyday encourages my desire for continuous improvement. With all that being said, I am looking forward to the growth of the company, and all the employees also growing individually alongside it.

Cons

None. Fun place to work.

Pros

In the past, under the guidance of the owners and founders, the company radiated authenticity and unwavering support. Their direct involvement instilled a sense of genuine care and camaraderie among employees. Back then, it was clear that their leadership cultivated a positive work environment where everyone felt valued and encouraged to succeed.

Cons

They currently boast about an imaginary positive culture, but the reality is starkly different. While the culture was once thriving, it has since become riddled with toxicity, making the workplace environment challenging and disheartening. Despite the company's claims, the actual experience for employees has fallen short, leaving much to be desired in terms of authenticity and employee satisfaction. They tend to adopt a reactive rather than proactive approach, often blaming employees when issues arise, despite not providing adequate guidance and support initially. This lack of proactive leadership fosters a culture of scapegoating rather than constructive problem-solving, further exacerbating the toxic work environment.
