You can work while looking after your family. Bosses are also approachable.

Cons

We work hard to provide for our family. Lately, our salary is given late and dues are paid late as well which shouldn't be the case. We made sure our work is done in a timely manner and we don't deserve the delays and inconsistency of your payroll system.

Work from home, which provides an excellent work-life balance, exceptional leadership, and numerous career growth opportunities.

Cons

Due to its rapid growth, the company is undergoing many changes. Additionally, currently no SL conversion.
