Prospective employees should exercise extreme caution when considering joining Peak Tech- I would suggest avoiding at all costs. There are countless instances of employee mental health issues due to practices and behaviours with the business. In my time to date I have seen deeply entrenched "old boys’ club" culture where sexism and bullying are not only prevalent but protected. Leadership appears more focused on celebrating perceived past successes—which feel like "fairytales" in the current market—than addressing the reality of a slowly declining business with no clear A lack of accountability extends to company events, where a pervasive drinking culture replaces professional development. Instead of training, certain managers use these opportunities to drink to excess, further blurring professional boundaries. If you value a professional, strategic, and inclusive environment, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The commercial strategy is fundamentally broken and a laughing stock of the wider industry. We as sellers have more recently been asked to go to market with retail grade drones and exoskeleton suits which have no link to our portfolio- one client laughed at the idea of this technology when I presented it. The business is VC owned and a mix of smaller acquired companies- most are now performing well below their acquisition price with the VC struggling to sell the business. Basic hardware box shifting is beyond the capability of the processes at play with most customers deeply unhappy.
