I hope that you will consider reaching out to me directly today. Your perspective is rather concerning as a 1 – 2-year employee and specifically as a manager. I would really like to help you through your concerns. At Peak we pride ourselves on building an employee and customer centric culture. We believe that in order to enable this culture we must provide numerous modes of communication which include Manager/Team Meetings, one on one manager calls/meetings, Town Halls, SLT Meetings, ELT Meetings, Company Newsletters, New Hire Onboarding with the ELT, ERG’s i.e. Women@Peak, various culture events – onsite as well as virtual, etc. As a manager with direct reports, you are a big part of facilitating this communication and ensuring that it cascades throughout the organization. In regard to training: we provide numerous leader led classes and various online courses located via our HUB in Dayforce – all tied to the role you have at Peak. For Peak, the last 2 years have shown a great deal of change and we continue to evolve our culture – all doing so with an understanding and appreciation that we have both remote and onsite employees.
