      Lost direction

      Pros

      Great people to work with. In 15 years employment I saw a lot of changes, however the one common denominator was the quality of my coworkers and our commitment to our customers. As my job has been outsourced, I doubt anyone will be able to say the same again.

      Cons

      Company has lost its direction. Too many reorgs and reduction in force. A new CEO would help. Outsourcing is a short term solution, I fear for the long term health of this company. The old adage of "you get what you pay for" will play out in the next year or so. Too bad that once you realize this it may be too late to turn this company around.

      Pros

      Great employees, amazing customers and partners, interesting work.

      Cons

      All of the focus has shifted to internal problems since the CEO change. Lost focus on the customer. Employees are distracted by the real possibility of job loss.

      Pros

      Upper level management looking out for each other at the cost of employees. Great if you are a VP or higher.

      Cons

      New CEO is the worst. Since taking over a little over 5 years ago. He has sold off most of the company and has laid off over 11,000 people. The latest layoffs happen this month which was 4,000.
