Pros

Many people who work there are well intentioned, smart and care deeply about education. The company has the potential to revolutionize education.

Cons

The culture is terrible. Many people just putting their time in and defending turf. No corporate vision. Many layoffs. Can't deliver quality product - terrible technology.

Pros

Great people who understand and work hard to meet the customer's requirements, good benefits but declining, pay is/was fair.

Cons

Company is crashing under the new leadership, constant re-orgs and layoffs, very negative vibe with employees and they took away bonuses and set the expectation of no raises despite making $720 million in profits.

Pros

Company offers great benefits and paid time off as soon as you start. Very focused on inclusion and diversity.

Cons

Moving up in the company is definitely based on who you know and not what you know. A lot of office politics.
