Pros

They let you work autonomously - they do not micro manage you. There are lots of opportunities for advancement and movement.

Cons

They are executively run very poorly. They are reporting losses every year. The executive management has been in place for over 4 yrs of losses.

Pros

Work-life balance is respected, good benefits and competitive salaries made as incentives to remain in the company long term, great coworkers, dedicated people

Cons

Constant restructuring creates too much uncertainty, vision seems to change often, difficult to feel invested when employees don't know what's going to happen next. Employees get shuffled around like pawns. Basically, if you don't like where you're assigned, either look for another job or wait a few months for the next restructuring, because nobody cares about your career aspirations. That is, if you don't die of an "unproductive meetings" overdose beforehand.

Interesting Work; low pay

Pros

Good benefits. Generous work-at-home policy. Smart hard-working people who want to the best they can.

Cons

Low pay. Management refuses to acknowledge poor compensation levels. Little room for advancement. 10% of workforce was laid off last winter with little regard to the performance of those individuals.
