Pros

The company is extremely flat without a lot of hands on managers. There is the definite ability for top performers to move up. It is very regionalized. So this can be a pro or a con dependiing on the person. On average 70% of the company is staffed on a local project. Very good PTO plan which they call "unlimited" It's vague but most people take atleast 3 weeks. Centrally located office. Culturally this is an awesome place to work. Fridays are the best day of work.

Cons

The pay is below average for the industry by roughly 10-15%. The benefits are well below average as well. There is a mentor program like most other consulting firms but the mentor program isn't enforced. I maybe met with my mentor once a quarter when it is expected to be a bi-weekly meeting. There is a huge disconnect between the regions and the practice. Peloton hasn't defined itself yet. It is trying to be practice oriented with the regions and they are starting to butt heads on who owns which resource. This causes many issues from staffing to revenue reporting.

Pros

None I can think of!

Cons

Expensive medical benefits, lack of training, work environment where your expected to work long hours without any compensation (due to inexperienced co-workers) and don’t let the unlimited PTO fool you.....you will never get to use it anyway. It’s more of a benefit for the company! I would be very skeptical about the 5.0 Reviews!

We are sorry you did not have a positive working experience with Peloton. We very much value receiving feedback from our team and exiting employees on areas we can improve. “Voice” is one of Peloton’s most cherished values, which demonstrates our commitment and interest in hearing every team member’s point of view. In response to your feedback, each year we partner with an external organization to benchmark our benefit programs with the industry and have found ours to be quite robust and economical compared to our competitors. We are able to keep our facts in check throughout the year as we continue to recruit and speak to potential candidates as part of our interview process. In regards to working long hours, we hold weekly meetings with our practice leaders and staffing leadership to monitor staffing and ensure that no one team member is over-utilized based upon the prior weeks’ trends. Where we see a valued team member at consistent peak levels, we often deploy additional resourcing to help manage the spikes that happen as part of project work. We take great pride in ensuring we have consistent visibility to utilization trends and take action accordingly. We wish you the best in your new role and hope it better aligns with your aspirations and interests.

Pros

Like to hire smart people and lots of college kids. Mostly friendly middle management. Nice offices.

Cons

Only certain managers have a voice. Managers allow unprofessional behavior daily. Many smart people aren’t being promoted.

We appreciate your feedback. We are proud to hire great people who are smart, motivated, and inclusive! One of our company values is voice, and because of that, we encourage and expect that every team member will express their thoughts, ideas, and any concerns to others. We also have two promotion cycles each year, as part of our career pathing, so that expectations for growth are easily understood and readily available. We were happy to celebrate over 65 promotions in 2019! Unprofessional behavior is not tolerated at Peloton and we take any reports of this very seriously. We care very much about maintaining a professional and safe work environment for all employees.
