      Peloton is a leading professional services firm that specializes in envisioning and implementing high-value enterprise performance management (EPM) and business intelligence (BI) initiatives. Peloton is not only a great place to work but also an excellent place to grow your career.

      Cons

      Just like any professional services firm there can be periods where the delivery causes extra hours of effort which can be taxing for one's work-life balance.

      Pros

      The people and culture are Peloton is one of the best work environments I've been a part of. Peloton strives to provide real quality service to it's clients and happy employees is the key to success. Friday’s in the office are great! Having a culture which involves social events, in-house training, ordering team lunches really makes you want to be in the office on Friday’s. Overall, my time at Peloton was great and unique. I am glad I was able to be part of a great organization and grateful for the last friendships I have made with many of my colleagues during my time at Peloton Group.
