      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to be creative and manage projects from inception to completion, great mentors, very positive working environment, everyone is always willing to help no matter how big or small the task, lots of freedom to express ideas, opinions, and design concepts, Fridays in the office are very fun, laidback and full of knowledge sharing.

      Cons

      Monday-Thursday is a bit quieter in the office but this allows you to be extremely productive.

      - people are generally pretty humble and like to teach others - culture is built off of friendships - people get along and enjoy hanging out - if you demonstrate a good work ethic and positive attitude, you can get access to good roles and a lot of opportunity quickly - Fridays are a lot of fun - training, company meetings, happy hours, social atmosphere

      Cons

      - the company is growing fast which is positive, but can feel chaotic at times - salaries are average - not great but not bad either
