      Talented bunch of creative people that are due for some fun, great offices in Sydney and Melbourne with good coffee,

      Cons

      Lots of change in senior management roles including CEO, CFO with a lot of IP leaving the business with the long standing employees, quiet office space

      Friendly co-workers who are passionate, great perks, (free perks!), great name for C.V., free coffee

      Not much room for career advancement, many areas of the business are deadend. Issues with the industry as a whole can lead to morale dips.

      Great people to work with; inspiring, intelligent and helpful. For the most part, you're treated with respect. There can be a lot of creativity

      The work load for myself and nearly everyone I knew was too much and this was not recognised enough. Since the merger, the company has become a lot more corporate and people's concerned aren't being listened to as much
