Pros

Some of the best brands and books in the world - so inspiring to be part of that great publishing.

Cons

A lot going on so people are sometimes stretched very thin. There's a lot of hierarchy as it's a big company, can feel hard to have a profile.

Pros

Solid benefits and pretty relaxed atmosphere, summer hours and extended Xmas break, paid courses that would help with your career

Cons

Changes in the book industry and on the retail level that are influencing hiring/staff levels, unknown future overall, similar to newspapers/magazine
