Pros

There are talented individuals here - both clinicians and researchers. However, the institutional culture is questionable, and the leadership do not devote enough resources to support clinicians. There is a focus on expansion (to try to compete with encroaching healthcare systems), but a woeful lack of dedication to existing systems and facilities.

Cons

The leadership is disconnected with the clinical needs of physicians. Basic things like scheduling, patient reminders for appointments, support staff, etc. are woefully behind the times.

Pros

Tuition reimbursement, paid time off

Cons

Negative employees allowed to collude against good leaders. Poor communication across units. Too many Directors and VP's. Senior leadership not engaged and won't confront poor performers. Medical benefits aren't as good as they should be. Very little is covered until you hit your deductible.
