Pros

Overall the past few years here have been enjoyable. I love my coworkers! The nurse to patient ratios are much more reasonable than they are at the majority of other hospitals. There are a bunch of nice, hardworking people that work here and are looking to make a difference.

Cons

Wish they would do more to retain the nurses that they have. Insurance could be better. Salaries could be better since currently are not very competitive with the current job market in the area.

Pros

Tuition reimbursement, PTO accrual (1 day per month starting out), able to learn a lot especially regarding insurance. Some really great managers, doctors and staff, but not enough to make up for the awful ones.

Cons

Horrible management and poor leadership. Most employees and doctors have no awareness of attitudes and treatment toward one another. No standardization between outpatient clinics. Some clinic managers do not accept responsibility for their own job related tasks. Unfair pay gap between most jobs. Impossible to move around within the organization despite experience and education level unless you're a nurse or a doctor.
