PRN Schedule is flexible and plenty of hours available. Part time benefits like PTO and Retirement contributions a plus.

Cons

Lot's of yearly training that must be completed even for PRN positions. Some are online and some in person. You do get paid for coming in to do them during non working hours.

I love the people that I work with. There is a lot of room to grow and a lot of opportunities.

Cons

From my experience with management, they fail to recognize that their employees have lives outside of work, because the managers are there 24/7 they expect everyone else to be as well. Work-life balance is not easy to attain here.
