Pros

Tuition reimbursement, PTO accrual (1 day per month starting out), able to learn a lot especially regarding insurance. Some really great managers, doctors and staff, but not enough to make up for the awful ones.

Cons

Horrible management and poor leadership. Most employees and doctors have no awareness of attitudes and treatment toward one another. No standardization between outpatient clinics. Some clinic managers do not accept responsibility for their own job related tasks. Unfair pay gap between most jobs. Impossible to move around within the organization despite experience and education level unless you're a nurse or a doctor.

Pros

If you have children that will be going to college, the 75% tuition benefit is awesome

Cons

Unless you work for the "college side" you have to pay taxes on the benefit.
