Cons

currently under poor middle management. managers and directors are no longer hired because they have the proper education in their field. If you hire a manager to run Toxicology but has no type of education in this field the results are dangerous.

Cons

Management doesn't seem to care about staff, HR doesn't care at all either. Apparently it's okay to make medical decisions for your staff, it's okay to steal staff items...
