I love my schedule. It's rotating every other weekend. Supervisors and managers are awesome. Benefits are great. Pto is great as well. Pay is awesome. Raises.

Cons

Employees with bad attitudes. I'm in food services. And no free food. But we throw so much away. Hours are long. 10 to 12 hour day depending on ur position.

Cons

Some educators need to learn how to do their job. It's really hard to find a good preceptor and to have a consistent preceptor throughout orientation. Staffing is horrendous and many of the units are offering bonuses due to low staffing. Too many older nurses "eating their young" The pay is nothing outstanding. It's hard to support a family and pay for benefits and union dues with the current pay rate.

Great opportunities to care for high acuity patients and learn a great deal. Ok benefits, there are a few good preceptors and if you are lucky enough to get one you’ll do great!

Cons

Terrible leadership, inexperienced new clinical educator and complete lack of mentor ship. A whole unit of unexperienced leaders and the ones who have experience are bitter and eat their young. Perfect examples of what is wrong with nursing.
