Pros

The only thing good that I can really say about Hershey Medical Center is that the pay is pretty decent and the benefits are not to bad.

Cons

Hershey Medical Center Management department in the Environmental Health section is very different then any other place I've worked for, not saying it in a good way either. The favoritism in that place is ridiculous.

Pros

1. You only work 3 12 hour shifts a week. 2. Working every third weekend instead of every other. 3. Health insurance starts the same day as you. 4.Tuition reimbursement for yourself and your family.

Cons

1.Some units are very outdated (changes are coming). 2.Equipment not always working (dynamap and/or portable pulse ox). 3.Admitting people for no reason (narc seekers). 4.Discharging people too soon.
