Pros

I guess the medical benefits are good. For those employees that use it, the 75% reduction in tuition for your son or daughter if they attend Penn State. I love the people I work with! If you are young and inexperienced it is a good place to come and get experience, but not a long term place of employment.

Cons

Low wage for experience. Extremely poor management. Upper management does not care about their employees. They make changes and tell you to take it or leave it. Don't let the door hit you when you leave.
